Help identifying rear shocks

Hi Everyone,
I just got some used shocks from a fellow pelicanite, but am having trouble identifying them.

The p/n says B46-178 and they have a green body on the bottom with a yellow metal cover (covering the piston) on the top.

Any idea what these are? The Bilstein website doesn't match any p/n's....

p.s. I'm also trying to see if they need rebuilding. They compress and comeback up on their own so there's still gas in them, but they seem to compress more quickly if I press on them harder.
Anyone know a good place in Toronto to get them looked at/rebuilt?

Thanks in advance.

If they are Bilsteins then they can be sent there to be rebuilt. sorry I don't know their East coast phone # but check out WWW.Bilstein.com
