rds356, what did you have to do to get those 18's to fit in your wheelwells? I'd love to do that myself but am concerned about rubbing issues.

very high praise-thanks Scott as far as the 18's go you must roll the front fender lip's to start. The wheels must be made for the early cars offsets. Contact RH- Alurad or GMP Performance. They make the 3.6 replica three peice wheel for early cars. Very high quality(made in Germany of course). The rears are 18x10 with 265 rubber. Needed a special spacer-but that's all to fit just right. No need to roll the rear fenders. The rear's do come very close to the oil lines and spring plate bolts. At the track the forces generated and tire flex may cause some rubbing at those point's Last edited by rds356; 12-18-2005 at 05:44 AM.. |

Sweet to be sure. So there's no deck lid that'll go over all the motor? Not really surprised. Tip...clean up the inside/dash pics on ebay to hide/delete those hanging wires under the dash....no offense...just an opinion.

Low down as follows: 3.0 to 3.2 motronic conversion including 3.2 P&C'S. Euro 930 exhaust, Protosport J-pipe, Protosprt adjustable fuel pressure unit, HKS wastegate with .5 bar spring, Bell custom intercooler, custom billet aluminum intercooler pipe with intergrated adjustable boost controller and blow off valve &, K-27 7200 turbo. Muffler is a custom GHL stainless unit. Some lag and a little lethargic off boost but once the boost comes on you better be pointed in the right direction. It's basically a Protosport stage 1 with some upgrades. RDS Last edited by rds356; 12-18-2005 at 05:38 AM.. |
