Misc plated parts source?

I am replacing all of my '89 930 air conditioning components with new latest technology pieces. I would also like to replace the brackets, screws, washers, etc. with new parts that look like the originals with the original-type (irudite or something like that) plating.

I stopped by the dealer but one hose bracket (and I need over 20) costs over $8, to say nothing of washers and screws. Can anyone recommend a good aftermarket source for these types of parts?

The pics below show examples of some of the brackets and screws I am talking about:

Smile Have your part replated

HI John,
It's much easier and cheaper to have your parts replated.
Most common is Zinc plating, you get to choose Zinc and Clear (looks like origninal steel) or Zinc and Yellow (looks like gold).
You should be able to locate a plater in your area, the hard part might be to convince them to do your small parts.

Good Luck

Jeff

There is a plating shop that works by the pound just west of Grand Praire airport. I am searching for the name and when I find it I will post it for you. They have done all my plating for years. You can specify white or yellow cad. The more parts you have the better the price......for example...there is a base charge for a five gallon bucket full. Around $40 bucks as I recall.
