speedometer question...
I'm curious what rims/tires were stock on an 85 carrera targa? I'm trying to find out what the speed difference is with the news rims/tires.

Fronts were 6x15 with either 185/70 or 195/65
the rears were 7x15 with 215/60 7x15f 8x15r were an optional size 6x16f 7x16r were also an optional size |

Sure they were the same size, but for 1984 the tire sizes on the optional 16s were 205/55-16 front and 225/50-16 rear.
