If you're talking about shocks, I think any Bilstein shock (HD or Sport), will fit.

'74's had either Boge, Koni or Bilsteins.

The latter 2 were the sport shock options used in those years.

Either way at this point you should change them!!

Koni has a wide variety of adjustable shocks if your keeping the tbars. If you are going coilover then the sky is the limit but I have found that dartauto.com has some great prices on bilstein rsr struts. Other options would be jrz, penske, moton, bla bla bla, anyone will make anthing as long as you pay for it. If its a street/track car the dartauto rsr's are not that far off from new custom valved inserts and new tbars. Its all up to you and your wallet.

best of luck, ryder

Go to the Pelican Tech Articles section. There is an article titled " 911 Suspension Spotting Guide". It shows several types of struts and should help you spot the type of strut you have. If all else fails, you can get the part number from your strut (not shock) and cross reference here or with your shock supplier. As I understand it, if you have Koni struts you can only use Koni shocks (unless you change the entire strut), but if you have Boge struts you can switch from Koni to Bilstein shocks.
