Part Fabrication Help - Blower motor adaptor- Need part fast!

Looking to fabricate the custom part below to mount the heating fan onto Grangier blower motor.
How much to fabricate? Any shops out there that can make it in the next few days and ship?

material can be Aluminum. Thanks .

How about you make it yourself??? This is not rocket science!

Go to Home Depot, buy some a drill, bits and a hacksaw if you have none of the above at home. Tap at the same place along with a tap handle.

Go home and scribe the lines on the metal and get to work. Tapping the hole is easy, just go slow and after a half turn, back the tap out a bit to clear out the hole. Oil as needed. Its not difficult.

Anyone good with their hands should have it done in an hour or so. A descent machine shop or home shop could have it done with a bandsaw and drill press in under 15 minutes.

Gee, I just used a bit of tubing to increase the diameter of the motor shaft so it would fit.

i tried it....it took forever to try and drill a 1/4" hole in a piece of aluminum!

Ahhh! That would make it a tad bit more difficult.

if you don't want to fabricate it yourself, however
you could make that part (if you have some alumn. , brass, delrin, etc.) with a file, drill, dremel, square, drills, and taps.

you may want to add a few more details of the "blind" details, note tolerances if critical and insure your flipped view s are correct (vs. a euro flip).

drills must be sharp, you don't cutting fluid for alum, simply
back the drills and taps out every turn or two to clear the chips

Plenty of blown-up heater blower motors out there. Maybe if you throw a quick post in the parts for sale forum, some nice soul might take pity on you and sell\send you one,
