72 911T- Front Trunk Fuel Breather Lines?
I have removed my gas tank and I'm taking care of a few items in the front trunk.
I notice that my fuel breather lines are all yellowish, and stiff and maybe in need of replacing. Does anyone know a good source for these lines? Should they be this stiff or is this just the result of old age? Can I replace with regular clear tubing from Home Depot? Or is there something 'special' about these? Any thoughts? Thanks, Ian |

I used the black vinyl tubing from Home Depot (prefer the look compared to the clear ones) and they hold up for many years now.

It's a special Tygon gasoline and lubricant resistant PVC tubing; it is different than the regular common PVC tubing found at hardware stores. See below thread for more information and an inexpensive source.
