Do thermostats make a noise?

Getting a noise from the thermostat area. Sounds like a 'sucking fluid' type of noise. Car does not make it when cold only when warmed up. It's also related to engine speed.
No idea how long the car has been making this noise but only only recently noticed it.
Weird but any ideas?
Regards
Rob

Rob,

It sounds normal to me. When the thermostat opens and oil flows to the front cooler you can usually hear a little gurgling at stoplights and such.
