Thx for starting this thread.
I'd first go to BA's book... then look at wht the factory did based on Frere's book and some others. And... it always helps to get a background in the scientific and engineering behind what you're trying to accomplish... |

Don't forget that Wayne made and sells a book that covers this sort of thing.
besides, lots of this sort of stuff has been written up in posts here, just takes some searching or asking to find pretty much anything that you can imagine.
