SWB 911 part- what is this?
I'm finishing up assembling my '68 911 and am trying to figure out what this part in the photo might be.
I didn't take the car apart in case you guys were thinking that!

Thanks for your reply, John. My car is a 5-speed. I guess the previous owner just had this part in the boxes I got with the car.
