Did I miss the source for these injector blocks and their cost?

Yes, the EFI injectors are snugged into the injector holes. I am in the break-in period with only a few hundred miles on the engine. The car is certainly driveable however I am reserving judgement to recommend this to others at this point. The car idles well, accelerates well, feels good overall. I am currently working out some gurgling and backfiring issues that sometimes occur during deceleration and have made significant progress thus far. These are minor issues at present. It is just a matter of logging, evaluating and tweaking the Motec unit fuel and ignition settings/talbes/charts/graphs. While this process is easy to perform, it is tedious and takes time. My current plan is to perform the final tuning on the dyno using an experienced engine tuner when the engine is fully broken in. I am seeking benchmark comparison information and would like to drive other similiar 911s so I can evaluate. At present, I'm confident current minor issues can be tuned away. Would appreciate any dyno charts or comment from any pelicans with experience tuning unique engine configurations comparable with mine.

Do you have a switch in the system to stop fuel flow with a closed throttle and the RPM above 1,500?

Thanks for doing the R & D work.

Keep up the reporting, a great read.

Zero the tables with high vacuum above 1200 RPM, thus enabling fuel cutoff on deccel. It will take care of popping.

It fouls the plugs and dilutes the oil. Also, it might damage ze auspuff.

Any updates on this? did you manage to get the engine tuned ok? did the injectors survive placement in the heads? I would like to do this on my 3.0 and have my heads off ready so now would be the time for me to do the machining.

This would be really cool if it worked out.

Regards Steve
