Nice project! Clever solutiosn to some problems!

Who makes the sound deadening product? Kind of looks like WURTH SKS undercoating?

I have to look in my notes...it is made by a co that specializes in high end audio installation...they are located in oregon....it goes on purple and dries gray

called vdix made by cascade audio....sprays on dries to 8lbs a gallon weight

- not sure what vdix is tho, maybe a type in one letter?
- BTW, they say they hae speaker panels for Porsches now...

cleaned fan/housing/engine a few weeks ago, installed elephant polybronze on a arms and monoballs on banana arms, polybonze on springlates...bolted up front suspension today...repainted front struts, swaybar hardware etc, and used eastwood cad paint on rear spring plates...expect it to go to paint next saturdayhttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1147027495.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1147027553.jpg

reduce the resolution -- in Irfanview, hit CTL-R then select something like 1200x1600 -- once posted you can go back and delete the black screens

we are all breathlessly waiting for those pics!

Small ( but maybe important) point.....

Don't forget to install the little "braces" on the oil-fed cam tensioner lines...you don't want vibration to shake the little bugger silver- soldered "ends" loose !..... makes for a horrible oil mess...possible "lunched" engine.... and a bad hair day.
