Correct backspace offset on a 930

My question is, on a '88 930, with Bigreds, and a set of kinesis k27's in the following size's:

(2) 9 x 17 et 51 7" backspace
(2) 11 x 17 et 38 7 1/2" backspace

the tire sizes are going to be:

235x40x17 front
315x35x17 rear

would they fit the 930?
What size spacers would I need, if any?

thanks

They should fit using stock spacers.
I have the same width in 18's and use 1.5" front and 2" rear spacers.

Yes, exactly the same - 7"BS front 7.5"BS rear.
My tires are 255/35 and 315/30. Tire sizes do vary with manufacturers. Mine are P-Zero Rossos.
Using the stock long lugs you can perfectly space the wheels out with custom spacers, a big plus.

sweet car! got any more pics?

Matthew, well currently Ive got a set of Kinesis k27s that Im in the middle of buying, before my valet accident this past week) Id like to know if they will fit on my car with 275/40 and 315/35s and I have bigreds too. But Im torn between buying them or paying out of pocket to fix my car. Its driveable but will end up costing me bigbux to get done right.
