Flow Matched Injectors 3.2

I have an 86, how is this done? How is the injector changed to match the flow? I have the same fuel pressure on all the injectors and they are either open or closed.

They put the injectors on a flow bench and I asume tweek something inside to get them all to flow the same amount of fuel for a given time period. I ordered matched injectors for my conversion from PMO's to EFI.
