Anyone know the exact length difference between short and long 930 cases?

I want to shorten a later model 930 bell housing to the short bell housing specs and I was wondering exactly how much shorter they are. What is the preferred procedure? Any information would be a great help.
Thanks in advance!

I don't know how much shorter they are. I think it partly depends on what clutch you are going to use. You could call Bobby Hart at CalifoniaMotorsport and ask him. He could also do the machining for you. Also Sam Shela(sp) at Protecnik(sp) could also do it.

I shortened a G50 and Sam did the machining for me. He did a great job.
