Paint Question from a NOOB

Greetings, been lurking for some time. Paint code question for a 1972 911, it looks like the car was originally Purple? or Fuscia? Code is 1025 91 Does that sound right? Car is now black, and has wide body kit. Thanks in advance for all the help!
Z

Why the two screen names? Split personalities?

If I were to guess, I'd say the color is probably Aubergine, aka "eggplant". There should be plenty of pics on the forum to confirm (with a quick search).

Yep, one for the BMW side and the other? I think I found the info I was looking for elsewhere, turns out the car did leave the factory in Royal Purple. Thanks for the reply Eric
