Will these wheels fit over 993TT Calipers?

I doubt it very much, theoretically a 16" barrel will barely clear radially, but you also need > ~2.5" axially from the rotor face.

You can try mine (17x9.5) upfront and see if they fit and then measure the delta.

Look at your tire options before you commit to a 16x11 wheel.

I don't understand how that would help, my 8x17 Kinesis clear w/ plenty of room to spare(actually more clearance than my 10x18s) but that says nothing about how the, 9x16s will clear.

The barral shape and shape of the back of the spokes and o/s are the important things.
