Actually, I think those ride height settings are intended to make me shout WAHOOO every time I go around a turn now.

Perfect. I love the look..

Then again, I'm practically the same height.

This one is a slight nose down at 24" front and back with SO3s, 225/45 and 245/45 16s. Only place I bottom is on steep drive ways with the long nose on the oil cooler.

At that ride height, I'd suggest upgrading the torsion bars to reduce the chances of the car bottoming out on a high speed dip.

I'd also suggest raising the rear a little. Visually, 17 or 18" wheel/tires look different on a 911 body at different ride heights, so a direct comparison w/16" Fuchs isn't the same. Here's mine for a comparison (slight rake).

This is my car after lowering it.

I like the look of the ride hight, I would have liked it a little lower but it rubs as it is now when pushing a corner.

You say it's soft. Well, lowering a Porsche won't affect the "feel" at all, unless you change the springs and shocks, so it shouldn't "feel" any different than before, if those were left stock.
Actually, lowering does affect spring rate in proportion to the change in angle of the spring plate. As you decrease the spring plate angle, the effective spring rate also decreases as the spring plate moves the suspension back slightly increasing the fulcrum acting on the t-bar.

Now you have to buy bigger t-bars to compensate for the softer ride that has resulted.

Cheers,

Joe
