Intermittent wiper switch modification?
Hi folks,
One of the little niggling things that constantly annoys me here in rainy CA is the intermittent wiper switch. The default behavior for the intermittent switch is that when you first turn it on, the intermittent action is at its highest frequency. If you want to turn the interval down, you then need to rotate the switch full clockwise. Often here, it's only sprinkling, and the highest freq is not appropriate. What I'd like to see is that when you first rotate the knob, it sets the intermittent action at its lowest setting, and as you continue to rotate it CW, the action increases in frequency until it maxes out at the most CW setting. I'm not an electrical genius, and I admit I haven't looked hard at the wiring diagrams (probably wouldn't understand them if I did), but I'm wondering if there is a way to reverse the speed settings of the switch? Anybody? Thanks, ianc
