Engine rebuild..HELP!
OK gentlemen,
I am having my engine rebuilt and need some advice. It is going to a twin plug EFI 964 cam bulletproof monster. I dont think the stock tires will hold it on the ground and I do not expect the tranny to last too long...any help here would be greatly appreciated! Any ideas as to what else I am going to break or should do while the engine is out? Motor mounts et? |

Seems Cup cars ( and such) of the era *can* take additional HP or rough and tumble track work w/o much extra work for tires or trans, etc...
There is large design margin ( usually) in the air-cooled 911's.... - Wil
