Distributor rotor movement

Is this normal for a distributor?

Pic 1 is no force added.
Pic 2 is the amount the rotor will move when I push on it.

I don't notice any wobble but as you see there is rotation.
75 with CIS.

Sorry for my ignorance but one more question. Is the small canister thing to the right of the vacuum chamber the condensor? Should there be a wire to it?

It is normal as long as it springs back.
