$20 and 4 hours fixed my front fascia

I for got to take a good fornt end picture but the lower front cowling on my car was split in two. I had estimates of anywhere form $250 to $600.

I had experience repairing jet skis so I decided since it was fiberglass to give it a shot myself.

This cost me $20 and 4 hours work in my driveway. Looks even better in person.

First two are the best before photos I could find and I circled the broken piece. It was split into two pieces but fit together ok.

3 coats of everything huh. I admire that you can even out (blend) the new paint area with the old paint area.
Here what I did, lottttt of work, but don't even blend in perfect

Yes, I left it black. I try to make both colors shiny and blended in evenly, but there are many uneven spots, especially around the edges.

Hey, how is your wheels choices go?

SlantnoseSD,
post pics when you got them in your car.
Is your real slantnose or a conversion?
