New 996 questions

Can anyone recommend the absolutely lowest priced dealership in the country? I want to order a new one- and while I'm willing to pay a reasonable profit I will not pay list. Also, does anyone have information about the porous engine block/head gasket problems Porsche has been having with these cars? My mechanic has replaced 3 engines already (not counting Boxsters)- and while he thinks the problems have been solved (per Porsche) he doesn't know for sure. Any help is greatly appreciated!
