Please help with this large connector ID
I bears the letter K, West Germany, number on it is 9628. Has eight holes that look to take some kind of prong or adapter. Found it when i removed the passenger seat. It was wrapped up under the rail. Had a rubber cover over it like it had been intentionally disconnected and protected. I followed it only to have it disappear somewhere near the center console/ accelerator pedal. Does anyone know if this is a necessary connector for something a previous owner messed with?
Any help is appreciated. Sorry for the grainy big foot photos but I am not too good with the wife's camera. ![]() ![]() ![]() any ideas with these would be appreciated too. ![]() ![]()

Dont know the year of the car but I think it is there for a power seat if the car was ordered with one. Alot of cars had a drivers power seat and not a passenger.

Power Seat connector
Yes, that is indeed a power seat connector which basically allows you to disconnect the seat from the car when removal is required. I am currently trying to identify somewhere to order one--please advise if you would like to sell yours!
In following remarks, a part number would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Justin Hunt

Thank you for the offer but I am partial to keeping all parts that came on my car originally (even if non-functional). But you could try these guys-
http://www.dcautomotive.com/ They have tons of wrecked porsches that you or they can take parts off of. Or of course Pelican might have it new. erik dorsch
