76 911S 2.7 Does it use Warm Up Regulator?

I don't know much about these engines. But someone mentioned that this particular year & engine doesn't use a Warm Up Regulator but instead a hand throttle. Can anyone verify this info?

The 76 is a CIS car, and as such I think uses a WUR. I think the hand throttle was for the mechanically injected earlier cars (but not 100% sure).

All CIS Porsche engines had warm-up reg.s The last year that used a hand throttle was 1974.
