Swapping headlight switch problem. Please help.

I searched already but couldn't find the answer.

My car is an 87 911. I pulled the switch to add a fuse as someone posted in here and I messed it up. I broke my switch. Luckily, I could be able to buy a used 88 switch from the classified section. It turn out that the switch I bought is diff. then mine. On my switch it has "xx-87" mark on it. On this 88 switch I just bought, it said "xx-86". I think the PO swapped this 86 switch into his 88 car. Another diff is that this switch doesn't have the 58 prong on it, while my old one does.

My question is, what am I going to do with the existing wire on the 58 prong? What is that wire? Should I leave it out or should I add it to another prong? Is this switch usable for my car (87) or do I have to buy another switch?

Please help if you know the answer.
Thank you.

Can't sleep without the car working properly. I came out and play with the ohms meter on the switch again and found:

prong 58 is my headlight flap motors (up/down). It is connected to prong 56 (although they have some resistant betweenthem).

And 56 is the headlights low/high (someone confirm please).

In this case, I can just connect the wires on my previous 58 to the new 56 to have the headlight flap motors and headlights all together. I think it'll work this way but I want to wait see if someone know about this. I am only guessing. I don't want to screw up again.

Also, On my OLD switch, there is a prong "N". On the new switch (used), it is "K". Are they the same or they are diff?

Thanks.
