Gasket sealant for CV joints???

I replaced my CV joints/boots a short while ago. I re-torqued the bolts after a while, but I see that some grease is still coming out. I seems not to be a big deal of it, but it clearly stains the surrounding areas.

Now, I had to take the transaxles out, again, in order to replace the wheel bearing and I wonder if there is any gasket sealant that I could use on top of the gasket in order to prevent this from happening again.

Thanks

Mario,

This is an important subject. Some of it is covered here:
Pelican rcecale, Randy’s classic thread.
”Reconstructing Constant Velocity (CV) Joints”

Best,
Grady
