A few Top end rebuild questions

I have replaced just about everything from 24 studs to rings... I am now ready to finish off and have a few silly questions?

1. Should I use any gasket type sealant on the cylinders, the head to cylinder surface, the case to cylinder surface ?

2. What about the O-rings, Oil Thremostat, Chain housing cam O-ring, should I use anything there?

3. Other gaskets such as Chain housing, case breather stack, should I use gasket sealant there?

4. What about the Cam housing that goes over the heads, should I use a sealant there?

That's about all

Thanks...
