Single Click when I step on the gas.

I replaced the throttle link connector and the gas pedal still had a little play in it. So we (Oh Haha & I) adjusted it to get it to open fully. Now everything sounds good and feels good. Except for a single click noise. It happens when I just touch and release the accelerator. It doesn't sound like a mechanical click like it's opening or closing something but more like an relay click. The sound is in the engine compartment and it sounds kinda like it's coming from the Oil filter side. Can't quite place it. It's just kinda annoying.

Any ideas?

John - Are you talking about these gaskets I marked in red or am I way off?
