any write-ups on tuning weber carbs?

Ive done a little searching, but are there any write-ups on tuning the webers on the older 911's?

There is plenty of info regarding tuning Webers.
It is rather long to explain the entire process, so I would suggest you search "webers".
The info is there and quite complete. If you don't find exactly what you are looking for comeback and ask questions.
