Still having starting problems- elec.

Car is doing the same as before, starts up then quits, but after replacing air charge relay, and the thermo time switch, it's doing better. I used to have to wait 10 min. before trying to restart, now I don't have to wait. When I turn the ign. switch to the start position and hold it there, the engine runs, but when I release from start position engine quits. New starter switch or relay?
Also my test book says to test the warm up regulator, remove connector turn on ign. and check for at least 11.5 volts, I get 0 volts, but when turning ign. switch to start position, I get voltage to regulator. From what my book says, I should get power to the regulator when ign. is in the on or run position, I only have power in start position.

Could be the ignitiion switch. I don't see how a relay that works in the start position will fail to work in the run position.
