Well to be honest, I feel the same way if it is a Porsche or a Yugo. I always think of the poor college student that could have used that as his or her first car. I do not know why you would assume that we all like it when Top Gear buys a 100 pound car and drive it into the ground. This is not the same, the car was already on its death bed and was worthless and nearly useless to all by that stage.
Regarding crashing a car: Not a good comparison, with all due respect. Difference is analogous to dying in a war versus suicide. One had a purpose, the other was just an ending. Jack Olsen uses a Pcar for what it was designed to do. Not the same as aiming a car and crashing into something (like in Sideways) ..... Even crashing cars in movies have purpose for *(&(* sake. |

Next time you buy used parts, remember - they came off a junked 911. If there were none, you'd be buying new and paying more because there would be no used spares. The car was a scrapper - if you didn't spot that, you don't know your Porsches.
