Option Code for 993?

Are the option codes for a 993 the same place they are on my 96 Carrera? (Under the front hood on a tag?)

Yepp, they are also in your Porsche service manual that gets stamped whenever any service or maintenance is performed. If the tag isn't on the hood, it could mean that there has been an incident of some kind-worth asking the owner about anyway.
