The Return of old_skul
OK folks...after a six-week hiatus from the driver's seat, it looks like I'll actually be getting my car back tomorrow. Here's all the stuff I had done:
4 new Yoke AVS Sports Rebuilt 915 from Vertex Pelican Clutch Kit installed New rear mainseal Bodywork Driver's Doorhandle I had a look at the bodywork and it looks good, from my 30-second glance at it a couple of weeks ago. Anything else I should look for? As soon as I get it back, the plan is to do a valve adjustment, new plugs, and getting some new front pads on it, along with bleeding the brakes, which haven't seen much work in the last six weeks. Who knows? They still have it. I ask for them to recharge the AC and they claim it has non-standard fittings on it. I'm taking it to an AC shop once I get it back.
