The Return of old_skul
OK folks...after a six-week hiatus from the driver's seat, it looks like I'll actually be getting my car back tomorrow. Here's all the stuff I had done:
4 new Yoke AVS Sports Rebuilt 915 from Vertex Pelican Clutch Kit installed New rear mainseal Bodywork Driver's Doorhandle I had a look at the bodywork and it looks good, from my 30-second glance at it a couple of weeks ago. Anything else I should look for? As soon as I get it back, the plan is to do a valve adjustment, new plugs, and getting some new front pads on it, along with bleeding the brakes, which haven't seen much work in the last six weeks. I am STOKED to get back into my Targa. I missed spring in it entirely!  Wish me luck. Who knows? They still have it. I ask for them to recharge the AC and they claim it has non-standard fittings on it. I'm taking it to an AC shop once I get it back.
