Wow Wim,
Very impressed with your projects!! Your website is in my favourites now, keep up the good work! It looks like you work up to my standards, or even better, not too many mechanics over here do. I've seen too many "handymen" already. I might just have to pay you a visit and see for myself!! |
wow!

The fatter white car.. RSR..
GRP Glass reinforced plastic. Fibre Glass. I am guessing they must be but was wondering. I am planning on building a IROC or RSR shape car. Doing the homework. Your cars look really nice |
All GRP German top quality, with re-enforced inner-layers.
Front hood aluminum from a 964 RS See here the start of the RSR project in 2002 and stil not ready! Thank you for those pics. They will be very helpful.
Do you have the contact for the GRP parts supplier? And yes time is always the problem. I have a few project that I have been working on that long and still not finished. Too many toys and not enough time! and money of course. Thanks again for that info. |
Tareq,
The GRP parts are not available anymore from the supplier which had the good molts for them. I bought my set for more then 20 years ago. Just look for a quality set which has double layers inside to prevent damage by the rubber of the tires. A lot of RSR replica sets i have seen are too thin and have bad fittings. |
CSL update, alomost ready for the Dyno check.
