Thanks for the info and pics.

I'm located in Bahrain so finding the good sources for parts is more complicated.
Are there any suppliers of the body parts that you would recommend.

I might go for the stuff from Getty Design although I havent had a chance to see their quality and the strength of the parts.

Sourcing from Europe would be easier.

Air temp 25 degree Celsius.
Max Torque 401,1 NM at 7200 RPM
Max 319 KW / 434 HP at 7200 RPM
Max 8600 RPM

BMW CSL 3.5 is already running.
Here a movie of the testdrive on Circuit of Zandvoort on 5 Juli.

Blown away!! great thread!! love those vintage pics!! Its like walking thru a museum great! just great! Love the work you are doing.. looks first class all the way! Born in Canada but with the last name Bresselaar you can probably guess both my parents are from Holland! DAM THOSE CURSED SPAINIARDS FOR STEALING OUR CUP!! Ha! Ha! Porsche's and "football" I don't fit in with the camaro, wrestling crowds here in rural western Canada!!

The owner of the car was sponsored by "Mobiel Tradition" (Classic BMW motorsport) to paint the car is these colors.
It is a replica of the original of course.

After several months here some news;
BMW CSL project had finished, car is waiting for his winter sleep;

Here a you tube movie which our cllient made from the car.
