Carerra 3 injection problem

Just shipped an ex factory 911 rally car from Australia to UK. Drove into container OK in Sydney. Won't rev over 1500 revs in UK. At first I thought it was just sulking as the summer weather was such ****, but even when it warmed up (70 degrees would you believe!) it made no difference.

Drove it home from the container yard at 20 mph up the motorway - very embarrasing. All the big trucks sniggered as they blasted past and someone phoned me into a redio station as "A slow moving Porsche holding up traffic on M42"

Can someone save my embarrassment??

what model/year 911 is it and how long was it in that container? I had 2 similar problems-one turned out to be bad gas and the other a cracked distributor cap. you might check items those out.
