mechanical boost controller fitting for 1992 911 turbo 2

hi
just purchased a mechanical boost controller from 3 bar racing
http://www.3barracing.com/product_7.htm
can anybody tell me exactly where to fit this in my car as i have fitted it inline on the smaller hose on the left hand side of my intercooler(standing at the back of the car looking in)...is this correct??..had a quick drive of the car and i set it approx 15 psi(1 bar) but it maybe drops back to about 13 psi..
ALSO do i have to in anyway adjust (check) my fuelling from the standard setting (if so to what?? if not what is the standard setting on my uk spec 92 3.3 turbo 2)
cat bypass nearly finished making it and will be fitted by next week hopefully!!
hope yous guys can help!
