Has this been done? My "new" third brake light.

Has anyone performed this mod before? The Denali/Yukon CHMSL ($16 on E-Stink) fits the contour of my 993 tail perfectly...not sure if other tails have the same curve. Wired into the R/H brake light harness...48 LED's and BAM! Looks like that scene from "Close Encounters" when the brakes are applied (pardon my dust...black is a beyotch to keep clean):

Where exactly did you get the brake light (what is e-stink)? I have a very similar tail.

It was an SC ('79)...(still is underneath the transplanted skin):



I found the light on E-Bay. It was from a late-model Yukon or Denali. I'm sure they're used on other Chevy trucks, too (looks very similar to the light on my '97 Astro, albeit larger).
