Converting a 4 speed 915 to 5 speed?
How impossible is it to convert the 4 speed to a 5 speed? Is it a foolish thing to do on a mag case 915? My internals look fine and measure within specs. The only thing I've found was the loose main shaft race. I'm putting a stock 3.2l on this and am looking to drive on the highway from time to time. Would I be better off finding a newer alum. case or what? TIA Duke
