So is there a calibration of some sorts for fixing the accuracy issues on 911 speedometers? Yeah, I could mount a GPS unit to the dash, but

Speedometer Adjustment for tire size?
Speedometer Error. Need some help Just for the record ... only the electronic speedos for '76 thru '83 models have the trimpot that can be adjusted. '84 - '89 3.2 Carreras use a different circuit using the ITT UAF2115 IC, and it is calibrated by changing a fixed resistor on the board. Here is a thread dealing with 3.2 Carrera speedos: Carrera VDO Speedo SUCKS.

We should be finished with the corner balance tonight. I'll give a ring when she is ready and we can discuss the speedo.
