911 how to remove the gauge cluster ?

I have a 2002 911 . Anybody has instructions (pdf,pix) how to remove the gauge cluster . Please help

I can't help with the removal, but I am curious.

temperature , gear number etc , numer 8 @ rpm , top speed. Look very close.
