930 transmission, no reverse
I have a '77 930 and can not engage reverse with the engine on or off, everything else works fine, what could be wrong and where should I start?.

Shift coupler adjustment or shift coupler bushings are bad. Look under cover plate on tunnel behind front seats.

i've repaired at least one reverse shift fork that was bent enough to keep reverse from engaging. under the trans end cover.
