Cool. PM Sent with the two links where I am documenting the changes to my car. One thread here in Pelican and the other in Rennlist. Most of my threads have been in Rennlist but for this project it looks like all the folks have posted their work here in Pelican. Lots of information on conversions that you can't find in any other forum. Great source of info as well as parts. SmileWavy

No tail. The naked look best shows off the classic lines of the 911. My '86 ran with the front rubber spoiler only. Only on cars with fender flares does a tail start looking ok.

considering you have a front spoiler, you need a tail.

Sorry your car is handling poorly; maybe you should sell it to me

No tail looks the best IMHO

+1 the tires. How cold was it, and are they summer tires ? My tires go off at about 35 degrees and turn into hocky pucks. Also check tire pressure. LOL with this.

At 120 mph unless your suspension is fully sorted, your front end is up to par and you have good tires these cars get scary.

it may be that the additional downforce generated by your tail is now exacerbating worn components in your suspension or front end. without the tail you may not have seen these problems because you never generated similar forces on the car.

-that tail was designed for a 911, but it was designed for a 911 with new, solid components, I have seen that as our cars wear, making changes like adding tails can demonstrate these problems in ways not previously evident.
