Carrera Chain Tensioner Exploded Diagram

Is there one available? I looked through PET PDF file on Porsche website, doesn't show the exploded diagram for the tensioners. I'm interested in buying a used set, and want to know what parts can go wrong and whether or not I can take it apart for cleaning. Thanks!

PS. If I do get them, I'm planning on doing the Jerry Woods mod. From the pictures of the tensioner disassembled, it doesn't look like there is a seal between the tensioner body and the plunger, is this really the case? Is it metal-to-metal seal or is there even a point of it since whatever's leaking out will drip into the chain casing and stay in the system.
