First, everyone should know that I have funneled the body shop to PP for hard to locate parts.
![]() A quick question. Have any of you with my era 911 (1982) had experience with front end damage? I am curious as to what parts the body shop might be overlooking. Any ideas?

The body shop does good work, I'm told, but they seem kinda lazy when it comes to looking for parts. Work hasn't started yet, so it isn't too late for me to benefit from your experience!
If anyone has experience with front bumper repair, will you share it with me?

Are you talking body or suspension damage? If suspension parts are involved, then before I would sign off on the body work, I'd get the estimate to include a 4 wheel alignment at a shop that deals with 911 and knows what they're doing. Ride height and corner balance could be way off when you get it back as might the suspension pick up points if they were damaged in the collision.
