Front Brake upgrade options for 15"

Hello All-

I am upgrading my '71 T/RS front end to RSR coilover Bilsteins and want to retain my 15" BBSs. I am interested in different front brake (caliper/rotor combo) upgrade options that you all have and/or tried with success. Idea is not to include too many spacers, so anything along the lines of fitament of SC/Carrera/930.. anything of the such would be great!

Cheers,
-Mike

what is the caliper spacing on your strut 3" or 3 1/2"? If 3 1/2" Carrera rotors and calipers would be a great upgrade. I am not certain, but I think 16 wheels minimum for early 930 brakes and rotors. Check Bill V's website for exact info.

Wow! Thanks Bill. A voice told me to check out your website and I could not miss your awesome brake upgrade discussion. The best write-up I have seen to-date.

Best Regards!

The Super 4 kit from ProBraking sold by Pelican is the best kit made for 15" wheels. You will need 3.5" ears on your struts for this system. The Set works under all 15" Fuchs that have a part number starting in "911" with no spacers... You will need a spacer for the 930 brakes. The Super 4, and Super 6 are all direct bolt up with no adapters.

Super 4 in a 15 X 8 Fuchs...
