Boge and Bilstein Experts -- input pls.

I just received my revalved Bilstein shocks and struts today!

Although I made notes of the parts when disassembly, could you please confirm that:

1. I insert the Bilstein strut into the Boge housing. The collar gets tightened at 140 nM, correct?

2. I protect the strut with the 'green tube cover.' There will NOT be any rubber washers between the strut tower and the 'green tube cover.' Correct?

3. Once I insert the green-tube, there will NOT be any rubber washers between the green-tube cover and the fender/strut-mounting-hole. Correct?

BTW, I used to be able to compress those struts prior to the revalve job. Now, I need to be the Governator to compress them.!!!

Thanks.
