My 911 is lazy to the left side!
The car pulls to the left 75% of the time while braking hard. It also seems to lean to the left while parked during this 75% of the time. The distance from the top of the left rear tire and the lip of the fender is nill, whereas the right rear tire-to-lip distance is about 1-1.5". It doesn't seem to pull to the left while driving. What's wrong?
p.s. it is a 1985 carrera targa with 43,000 actual miles on it. [This message has been edited by R22tech (edited 01-08-2001).] |

I had the same problem with my 80 SC. It turned out to be a broken shock. When I had it replaced I found out that the shocks were the original from the factory, 20 years old!

I think it will be a good idea to check the shocks. Maybe it would also be a good idea to have the alignment checked. And don't forget the brakes. It could be more than one thing causing the trouble.
