Lightbulb Experience with 911 3.2 to 3.4/3.5 conversion? Help

I am considering converting my stock 3.2 motor to a 3.4 or 3.5L. Has anyone out there had any experience with this conversions. I would appreciate any feedback as to unexpected cost? Unanticipated problems? Basically I want to know what else must be done except switching the pistons, barrels, and studs. ???What needs to be done to the heads??? ECU, etc.

Unanticipated problems? with the mahle cylinders and pistons - We had to cut 1mm reliefs in the top of the pistons.

Basically I want to know what else must be done except switching the pistons, barrels, and studs. That's about it for the "upgrade" it's all the other stuff that gets you -

like - cams -
like extrude hone the intake
like new fuel lines
like new ref and speed sensor
may as well chnage out the CHT
new clutch?
enlarge the throttle body

???What needs to be done to the heads??? None - but I would invest in decent springs and retainers, especially if you go with a high performance cam

ECU - Steve wong does his magic here -

Costs? phew - call around...
